This week, the children have been focussing on 3D shapes in their Numeracy lessons.
On Wednesday, the children were set an investigation to see how many pentominose they could create using 'clixi'.
Pentominose are created using five square faces and create the 3D form of a cube without a lid.
The children were very successful and inventive with their pentominose designs and were able to discover twelve different way in which an open lid cube could be created.
